Your project details
When you submit the estimate form, your name, phone number, optional email, project town, selected service, and project details are transmitted securely to our website server and sent through Resend to Administrator@code-logic.net. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. This does not sign you up for marketing messages.
We do not save inquiry content in the website database or browser storage. The database holds request references, keyed fingerprints, delivery-provider identifiers, timestamps, and rate counters to prevent abuse and duplicate sends. Older operational records are cleaned up as new requests are processed. Customer inquiry content is processed and retained by the email provider and recipient mailbox under their applicable policies.
A submitted request is accepted for email delivery only after our email provider accepts it. This does not confirm inbox delivery or an appointment. If a send cannot be confirmed, the form preserves your details so you can retry or call us.
The form uses a temporary signed verification token and a keyed fingerprint of the network address for spam protection. Raw IP addresses and inquiry content are not written to our application logs. Our hosting and email providers may process their own technical security and delivery logs. If you contact us by phone or email, we use the information you choose to share to respond to your inquiry.
Website hosting
Our hosting provider may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, and access times to deliver and secure this website. This site does not include advertising trackers, third-party maps, embedded social feeds, or site analytics scripts. The hosting platform may process information under its own policies.
Images and business information
The residential exterior and kitchen images on this website are AI-generated illustrations. They are not Next Step Builders project photographs or evidence of completed work. Ask directly about examples, services, scheduling, and the scope of any proposed project.
